in organizational work control. The organization structure of small world networks will help maintain organizational stability and active work attitude of individuals. In addition, the organization of low stress has stronger robustness than that of high stress when occupational stress of the organization reached a balance.
OEQS model(Oscillation-Equilibrium Qualitative Simulation model)is developed.
The paper integrates the approach of CR (Causality Reasoning), the algorithm of QSIM
(Qualitative SIMulation) and algorithm of BP (Back Propagation) neural network. Research on the simulation for the effect of occupational stress on teachers group behavior is made by using the theory of organizational behavior, developing the interface and displaying graphically the simulation results via software VB 6.0, and under driving of the engine of qualitative simulation,. OEQS model is confirmed and applied, which is proved as an assistant decision-making tool. Stressors, especially the actions of university reform will break the balance. Job stress will affect teachers behavior. As a result, teachers’ working attitude and behavior will appear oscillation and finally achieve a new equilibrium under the interaction between economic nature and social nature of teachers. As one of the input parameters, universities stress management will affect the position of new equilibrium. The results of simulation and analysis indicate that universities should increase teachers material benefits as soon as possible because economic means is superior to non-economic in stress management.
Based on the simulation method of cellular automata, the paper studies the effect of universities occupational stress on job performance. The simulation system is developed by software VB 6.0, and then multiple experiment plans are designed. Results and analysis demonstrate that the enhancement of universities job performance will be not obvious when the origin of stress managem
