山东理工 山东理工大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 SDHX 公司成立于 2004 年 3 月，公司专业从事工业、民用、商业及专业设施的 建筑钢结构设计、制造和安装，公司具有钢结构工程专业承包壹级资质、制造壹级资 质。公司拥有自营进出口权，注册资金一亿元，建立了建筑钢结构技术中心、CAD 计算机辅助设计系统，能够快捷、高质地向客户提供报价、设计、制作、安装、售后 服务在内的一条龙服务。在当下国家、山东省大力推进钢铁行业淘汰过剩产能、创新 转型升级的局面下，SDHX 公司着力开展 BFB 产品等多种高技术含量的新产品的研 发，以期立于钢结构行业竞争大潮的潮头。 本文在阐述了企业核心能力理论、产品创新管理理论等管理学相关理论的基础 上，对 SDHX 公司核心能力进行全面分析；基于企业的核心能力，研究了 SDHX 公 司产品创新管理的现状及存在的问题；针对存在的问题，本文设计了 SDHX 公司产 品创新管理体系，并提出优化公司产品创新管理的对策和建议。这一研究将对于构建 SDHX 公司产品创新管理体系，推动企业健康、快速和可持续发展奠定基础；同时， 对于同行业企业也将起到积极的借鉴作用。 本文分为六大部分。第一部分对本课题的选题背景和研究意义、研究方法、研 究内容和技术路线进行阐述；第二部分是对核心能力理论、产品创新管理理论进行了 综述；第三部分对 SDHX 公司核心能力进行研究，在核心能力基础上对公司产品创 新管理的现状及问题进行分析；第四部分针对 SDHX 公司在产品创新管理方面存在 的问题，构建和完善了公司产品创新管理体系；第五部分提出了公司优化产品创新管 理发展的对策和建议；第六部分是结论与展望。 通过本课题的研究，可以帮助公司制定和完善产品创新管理，提高企业核心能 力，把企业做大做强，给社会创造极大的经济效益和社会效益。 关键词：核心能力；产品创新管理；SWOT 分析 I 山东理 山东理工大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT SDHX company was established in March 2004, and is engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of construction steel structure in industrial, civil, commercial and professional facilities field. The company owns 1st class qualification of steel structure engineering contracting and 1st class qualification of steel structure manufacturing. With the registered capital one hundred million RMB, the import and export rights, the established of technical center of construction steel structure, CAD computer aided design system, the company has the capacity to offer customers the services of quotation, design, production, installation, after-sales service with fast speed and high quality. At present, China and Shandong Province vigorously promote the elimination of backward product capacity of the Steel industry. So SDHX company is vigorously carrying out research and development of high technology product, such as BFB product, to lead the competition.
