万方数据 万方数据 The Research of KR Company’s Informatization Structure Based on the Enterprise Culture Abstract Nowadays, our country pays heavily attention on the development of the informatization. At the same time, our country has given strong support to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and these kinds of enterprises have the best opportunity to enforce their management level and competitiveness. But our country have run the reform and open policy only 30 years, the companies have the experience of modern enterprise management only more than 20 years, and the companies have been using the informatization only for 10 years. Compared with foreign enterprise, the enterprise management level is relatively backward in our country, particularly in terms of information management. According to incomplete statistics, more than 95% of all kind of companies have used informationization management, and American enterprise informatization is a decade ahead of ours. In our country, and only large enterprises, government agencies and public institutions do relatively well in this aspect, because of their solid financial strength, mature management processes and corporate culture. The small and medium-sized of company, especially traditional manufacturing companies, have the backward level of informatization, although their product value account for the more than 66% of all GDP. If we can enhance the management level of the enterprise as a whole and the informationization level, this promotion would be great help of our countrys economy. The purpose of this paper is based on the research of the enterprise culture theory and information theory, combining the KR companys actual situation, and to design a suitable construction mode for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise informatization.
