华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 随着电力市场化机制的不断深入，电力企业要想获得长稳发展，具有竞争 优势，企业的物流经营管理发挥着重要作用。由于电力企业自身的特殊性，电 气设备 作为 电力企业重要的基础设施，关系到电力企业的正常生产和安全运 营。如何选择出适合自身的电气设备供应商，对电力企业自身的生产和发展显 得尤为重要。电力企业对电气设备存在的安全隐患因素极为敏感，表现出了很 强的损失厌恶心理。所以，为电力企业建立一种基于损失厌恶理论的电气设备 供应商选择方法有着重要的意义。 本文首先介绍了论文的研究背景和意义，介绍了行为决策理论、损失厌恶 理论以及供应商选择的相关理论。在理论研究的基础上，从损失厌恶下供应商 选择的评价要素出发，构建考虑了损失厌恶心理因素的电气设备供应商选择评 价指标体系。本文将选择指标体系分为 10 个准则层，这 10 个准则层共包含了 30 个二级指标。其次，结合前文构建的指标体系的特点，建立了基于 AHP 与 TOPSIS 法相结合的电气设备供应商选择模型。运用层次分析法（AHP）计算指 标权重，运用改进的 TOPSIS 法对供应商进行综合评价。最后选取了某省电力公 司作为实证研究的对象，实证分析的结果表明，本文建立的供应商选择模型在 实际应用中有效可行，对企业选择适合自身的供应商 有一定的参考和借鉴作 用。 关键词：电气设备供应商选择；损失厌恶理论；层次分析法（AHP）；理想点 法（TOPSIS）；电力企业 II II Abstract With the deepening of market-based mechanisms of power, the power enterprise in order to obtain long steady development and keep the competitive advantage, enterprise thelogistics management of enterprise will plays an important role. Because of the special nature of their own power enterprise,the electrical equipment as its critical infrastructure, relating to the safe operation of the normal production of power enterprise.How to choose a suitable equipment supplier is very important for normal production and development of power enterprises their own.power enterprise is extremely sensitive to some factors which can bring potential threat to enterprise security and shows a strong loss aversion. So establishing a method of electrical equipment suppliers’ selection based on loss aversion is of great significance to the power enterprise.
