Abstract
There have been many researches on BSC (balanced scorecard) and ERP project evaluation, while the research on BSC and ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation is seldom, and questions like that ERP factors are not fully reflected and operate performance and ERP project’s implementing performance are not distinguished in evaluation. Therefore, it is significant to establish evaluation system after applying BSC into ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation. After applying the system into enterprise, we can get evaluation results and advice to make enterprises’ ERP project successful.
Firstly, the paper discusses the concept of ERP and the core idea and basic content of BSC, and analyzes the connotation of BSC from four aspects, such as financial, client, internal processes and learning and growth. We establish “Three-dimensional” model of ERP from enterprise, resources and planning. And then the paper the theory and method of ERP project performance evaluation.
Secondly, we establish the construction principles of ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation frame and index system after thoroughly analyzing the mapping relationship between ERP system function and the evaluation elements of BSC. Based on the fully analyzing of ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation index, we select some index from the initial index, and establish the ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation index system based on BSC. On the basis of the questionnaire, we obtain the index weight by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and establish ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation model based on BSC.
Finally, we apply the evaluation system into enterprises’ ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation. Two parts: the first one is four listed manufacturing companies’ ERP project’s implementing performance evaluation in Shanghai. By talking to staffs of these four enterprises, we analyze the
