III III electronic commerce with the theory of systematic dynamics, formed the causal loop diagrams, builds dynamic model, analyze influencing mechanisms of electronic commerce to the industrial development; Then by using STELLA combine the above factors and build the system of the enterprise electronic commerce operation flow diagram that promoting to the development of industry. Based on the gray system theory the thesis collected the changing data of total industrial output value of above-scale industries since 2006 in Guizhou, made a prediction to the changing trend to the total industrial output value of above-scale industries by using MATLAB and conclude that with the promotion of electronic commerce the economies’ actual output is larger than predicting output. Then get the industrial output value in Guizhou and e-commerce transactions standardized and obtain standard value of industrial output value and e-commerce transactions of Guizhou in the past, comparing the two, it is concluded that the growth trend between height fitting, so as to verifing the e-commerce for the promotion of industrial development in Guizhou. Finally based on the above discussion, provide relative suggestions to accelerate the pace of industrial informatization and the electronic commerce system and promote the application and development of electronic commerce in the process of industrialization comprehensively.
