Finally, I should also express my thanks for our school library that provided me a great resource to make a reference. ii 烟台大 烟台大学硕士学位论文 ii ii 摘要 改革开放以来，随着“走出去”战略的实施，我国对外贸易的深入发展，国内 外企业联系越来越紧密。然而，由于从事国际贸易的买卖双方存在的语言及文化 差异，为了建立密切的贸易关系，对签订的贸易合同的准确翻译、解读文本的内 涵语义就显得尤为重要。 本项目翻译文本为两篇英文版商务合同，均为烟台某公司的大批量购销合 同。一篇为金矿采购合同，另一篇为煤炭采购合同，均为唯一英文版本。本报告 旨在通过 Christiane Nord 以翻译为导向的文本分析模式，探讨国际贸易合同的翻 译特点、方法和注意事项，并探讨了诺德的文本分析理论对翻译策略选取的指导 意义。 本文第一章为引言部分，主要从总体结构和内容方面对所选翻译项目进行简 要介绍。同时点明了该项目翻译所用的理论及研究目的。 第二章着重介绍本项目的选题、选题意义及研究价值，同时详细阐述了原文 的结构和内容特点。 第三章主要, 指出了本项目的翻译难点，主要包括在翻译过程中遇到的一些 诸如词汇以及句法层面的问题，例如：专业术语的翻译，被动语态以及复杂的长 句难句翻译。 第四章为理论应用，涉及了本文采用的研究方法。主要探讨了文本分析模式 的概念、文内因素和文外因素以及该模式在合同翻译中的应用以及如何解决上述 问题。 第五章为本项目翻译实践的总结，主要是对本报告前述内容的总结，同时探 讨了本项目翻译所取的成果，以及本翻译的研究价值等。 关键词：商务合同；文本分析模式；翻译策略 iii iii ABSTRACT Since the reform and open to the outside world, and with the implementation of “going out” strategy, the foreign trade of China has witnessed a rapid development and Chinese enterprises have built a close relation with foreign enterprises. However, due to the language and culture obstacles, and for the purpose to set up a close trade relations, it is necessary to translate the contract correctly and illustrate its connotation meaning properly. The source texts of this project are two sales and purchase contracts in English and on a large scale, which all belong to one Smelting Co. Ltd. of Yantai. One is a purchase contract of gold ore, another is coal
