哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 Abstract With development of the manufacturing automobile industry, as an important part of digital control machine tool and robot etc., PM AC servo system has been the important domain of domestic and foreign research/application. The paper has studied the model of PMSM seriously, and done simulating research of vecter control with Matlab/Simulink, for researching the performance of PMSM vecter control, and studied sensor-less control. The paper studied EKF theory, EKF is the representative of nonlinear estimation thoery, its basal idear is unwraping of Taylor circumfusing the state estimating value, then applied linear kalman filtering theory, the paper has applied EKF to PMSM for estimating its speed and the position of rotor, its precision has been content, actualized sensorless control of PMSM. but this fit to infirm nonlinear system, even more, its computability is complex, and its precision performance is not good, because of the disadvantage of kalman filtering, the paper put forward of applying UKF and interpolation filtering of nonlinear estimation theory, for improving on kalman filtering, the analysis of theory proved that the precision of UKF and interpolation filtering is excellenter than kalman filtering, the paper set up PMSM vecter control system with Matlab/Simulink, UKF and interpolation filtering has been implemented by m- file,and set up sensor-less block with s-function, and applied to estimate PMSM’s speed and position of rotor, the simulating proved that the performance of UKF and interpolation filtering has been excellenter than kalman filtering.
