市 政 与 环 境 工 程 系 MUNICIPAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 市 政 与 环 境 工 程 系 MUNICIPAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 46 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 46 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 建筑施工行业作为国民经济的重要增长点在推动社会发展与提高人民生活水平上起着极其重要的作用。但它也存在着许多不稳定的安全因素,特别是建筑施工安全事故频发,给企业、职工家庭及社会等带来了极大的负面影响,阻碍了该行业的可持续发展。从目前对建筑施工的危险源的辨识与控制研究成果来看,可做研究的范畴还比较丰富,本论文仅从施工现场的实际出发,把理论与施工现场的实际情况紧密结合在一起,试图从中找到对建筑施工危险源辨识、风险评价和风险控制的更有效的途径。 论文结合建筑施工现场的实际,分析了建筑施工安全生产的现状,重点对预防建筑施工危险源辨识、风险评价和风险控制等进行了探讨,重点阐述了分级管理及实施建筑施工安全标准化进行控制危险源的措施,强调施工过程中对危险源进行动态控制的必要性。通过对建筑施工危险源风险评价的分析,得出了解决此类问题的最好途径:让建筑施工企业一线员工及分包单位亲自参与危险源的辨识与评价,才能有效地解决建筑施工危险源辨识与控制过程中不安全因素的发生。 关键词: 危险源辨识 ;风险评价;风险控制；对策 ABSTRCT The construction industry as an important growth point of national economy in promoting the social development and improving peoples living level plays an extremely important role.But it also has many unstable security factors, especially the construction safety accident frequency, to the enterprise and worker families and society has brought great negative impact, hindered the sustainable development of the industry.From the current construction of hazard identification and control of the research results, to do research category are relatively rich, this paper only from the reality of the construction site, the theory and the actual situation of the construction site together, trying to find the construction hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control of a more effective way.
