万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT With the fast propulsion of economic development and urbanization in Guizhou province, the living standards and domestic sewage increase rapidly. Significantly it affects the water quality of the upper reaches of the Pearl River, the Yangtze River and the Three Gorges Reservoir. Therefore, lots of constructions of county town sewage treatment plants have been built in Guizhou during “Eleventh Five-Year”. As these urban sewage treatment plants running up to standard, urgent need for a comprehensive investigation and analysis about construction, drainage system and operation of these sewage treatment plants and evaluation about their process technology, technical economy and operation effect. It will provide construction planning guidance for municipal wastewater treatment plants in Guizhou in “Twelfth Five-Year” period. Based on enormous collecting information and data, mainly in the following three aspects of works: ① Statistical analysis of construction investment, drainage system and operation of 69 county town sewage treatment plants which have been built in Guizhou; ② Briefly introduce evaluation steps and fuzzy arithmetic operators of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Simultaneously, using the three stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the processes’ technology and technical economy of county-level sewage treatment plants in Guizhou. The process include oxidation ditch, A/O process, HASN process and IBR process; ③Introduction to the principles of data envelopment analysis(DEA) and commonly model C 2 R and BC 2 model. Based on the DEA method, comprehensively evaluate 69 county town sewage treatment plants. Research results are as follows: County town sewage treatment plants mostly in small-scale, mainly in 0.5~1.0×104 m3/d. And oxidation ditch, A/O process, HASN process and IBR process are adopted in the sewage treatment plants, among them the main process is oxidation ditch. The drainage systems mostly are r
