長庚大學英文畢業門檻獎勵及替代標準辦法 Rewarding Guidelines for Passing Chang Gung University’s English Graduation Threshold and Alternatives to Students Who are Unable to Pass the Threshold 九十七學年度第二次教務會議通過 Motion passed in the second academic affairs meeting of the 97th academic year 為鼓勵本校學生通過英文畢業門檻及英語能力較弱之學生努力學習英文積極參加校內外英語檢定測驗，特訂定英文畢業門檻獎勵及替代標準辦法。 The Rewarding Guidelines for Passing Chang Gung University’s English Graduation Threshold and Alternatives are enacted in order to encourage students to pass the English graduation threshold. These measures aim to promote positive learning attitude among students, especially those who are less competent in their English language command. It is hoped that students would take more initiative to enrol in both on-campus and off-campus English proficiency tests. 自九十七學年度起，本校學生在大三（含）之前報考並通過本校英文畢業門檻所規定之各項英檢考試，學校將予以補助新台幣八百元以資獎勵。 From the 97th academic year onwards (including examinees of the 97th academic year), students who register for one of the standardized English proficiency tests and pass the English graduation threshold before the junior year will receive a subsidy of NTD$800 as a reward. 凡曾參加本校英文畢業門檻所規定之各項校外英檢考試乙次而成績未達畢業門檻標準者得報名參加校內英文檢定並適用替代標準辦法。 Those who register for one of the off-campus standardized English proficiency tests and fail to pass the English graduation threshold could register for our on-campus English proficiency test. Passing by compensation would be applied where appropriate. 凡學生經參加多次校內英檢並取得一定程度之進步分數時，語文中心得以視同該生通過畢業門檻。替代標準之詳細等級及進步分數要求如附件。 For students who have attempted on-campus English proficiency tests more than once and managed to demonstrate considerable improvement in their results, the Language Centre would list them as candidates who pass by compensation.
