The PIAnnexinflow cytometry metho was use to stu y the apoptosis in uction of tributyltin onFL cells an the enzyme activity of caspase3 in live cells was etecte by fluorescent ye labele specific inhibitor of caspase3. The results showe that after expose to 0, 1,2, 3, 4mol L TBT for 2h, both the apoptotic rate an caspase3 activity in FL cells were increase in a ose epen ent manner.
