Facing the inevitable global climate change and frequent climate disasters, how to adaptation is particularly critical. Because of the winter city water channel geographic distribution and existence of the special climate environment, and in all kinds of climate regions, the climate change trend has particularity and has the most degree in Winter city, so the study get high value. Climate change makes the flooding frequent desaster have destructive potential and a lot of uncertainty, so it does to all aspects cause great influence the winter channel. We need to do the research in order to avoid disaster and make the cold water channel landscape in winter also showed wonderful landscape at the same time. With the flood control and the management methods and technology constantly updated and improved, how to improve cold water channel due to the regional characteristics and climate change which caused a negative impact, create sustainable cold water channel landscape. Firstly, the paper Summarized the characteristics of climatic variation through the literature material , and obtained the climate data analysis to the climate change trend of the winter city, then summarized the characteristics of cold water channel main elements were ecological infrastructure elements, rainwater management elements, water channel temporary landscape elements, and green infrastructure elements.
