It conforms to direction of society development in strengthening the study of residential leisure environment, And it has a important significance on improvement of the residential area living quality. As a typical winter city,Harbin has an unique location and cultural characteristic, and leisure culture development also has a distinctive style. The residential leisure environment,as an important part of the city leisure environment, enhancing quality of itself has an important meaning on the development of the city leisure environment. While,at present,the design of Harbin residential leisure environment can’t meet the requirement of the people’s increasing leisure need,and we lurgently need an effective measure to solve the present problems. The article mainly lives in the residential leisure environment of Harbin, and seek a operative strategy of residential leisure environment design which is suitable for Harbin from the research on the spatial environment and the implementation management.Firstly,The paper carries on the summary and the induction of the characteristic,the type and the design content of the residential leisure environment,and discusses the related theory which involves in the research, for the purpose to clear off the basic concept and the research basis of the paper.
