西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract：As 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract：As global climate warms gradually and hot island of city was aggravated， partial cities of our country in the cold area have also arisen the slj／ilner extremely hot climate．In order to get comfortable thermal environment。people begin to use the conventional energy unlimitedly．As a result，it makes the hot island effect more serious，and have formed the course of vicious circle．To build an ecological district， it becomes a urgent task，that the person must explore and construct a good dwelling environment，wh ich is combinated nature and has a good cycle of ecology． With the method of theoretical analysis and the data analysis，Paper has analysed summer thermal process in cold area,and has found out the factors，the region climate， building environment and architectural foiln,which affect the thermal environment of the district in summer．Natural climate condition，the self—quality of the building and comfortab】e standard indoor is the determinative factors of the bui lding energy consumption．Residential district planning design must emphasize to research the relation between building-form and region climate as well as the biological feeling of humen-body：architecture design must fol low cl imate—design principle，which is knowing and grasping local climate feature，through environmental design and building means，to apply the passive technology of low energy consumption combined】ocal cl imate as far as pessible：and eliminate the disadvantage effect of outside climate oi3 the comfortable thermal environment as far as possible。consequently raise comfortable environmental quality while reducing traditional energy consumption． Based on summarizing the measures of constructing comfortable thermal environment (indoor and outside)in cold area，the paper has put forward the“use”、“defend” and“elimjRate”principle．Through reasonable designing,solve the environmental problem and the comfortable problem，which usually need equipment consu
