哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 - - II - ABSTRACT In this dissertation, triple system sol-gel coating, including single SiO2 coating composite, two elements coating like SiO2 and Al2O3coating, TiO2 and Al2O3 coating, transparent protective SiO2-TiO2-Al2O3 coating deposited on stainless steel substrate was successfully synthesized via sol-gel process by dip-coating method. In the experiments, tetraethyl orthosilicate ((C2H5)4SiO4, for short TEOS), tetrabutyl titanate (Ti(OC4H8)4, TBT) were used as silicon dioxide and titania precursor ,respectively. Aluminium nitrate (Al(NO3)3·9H2O) was used as raw material of alumina. Nitric acid (HNO3) was used as a catalyzer. Ethanol(EtOH) was used for solvent. Composite sol was prepared using TEOS, TBT, Al(NO3)3·9H2O as precursors by order hydrolysis. Stainless steel substrates surface were treated. All coatings were prepared on the 310 stainless steel via dip coater. Velocity 40mm/min was chose. The analysis concerning relationship between their structure and properties was studied by DTA, TG, SEM, EDX and FTIR. The anti-corrosive properties of different sol-gol coatings were investigated by optical microscope analysis. From TG-DTA results, the heat treatment temperature should be above 550℃. From optical microscope images, we choose 700℃ as heat treatment temperature. SEM images show that the addition of element Si and Ti can refine grain size. In contrast, Al addition results the increasing grain size. FTIR indicates the existence of Si-O-Ti-O-Al bond in coatings. The corrosion results show that the coating was dense, transparent and anti-acid. The coating prevents stainless steel substrate from the acid erosion effectively. This processing can be delayed and weakens significantly. After erosion in hydrochloric acid for 24 hours, there would be no change in colour and the coatings keep intact. On the surface of stainless steel there would be no obvious etch. And after erosion in hydrochloric acid for 180 days
