Comparing to Chinese enterprises, the gap is big, therefore, the theories and practice of implementation of 5S are not quite plentiful in China. This article, on the basis of study of 5S management principle, stands on the Chinese practice, summarizes the successful factors, points out the still existing problems, raises the policy for implementation of 5S management and looks into the future of the implementation of 5S in HAFEI Machining factory, therefore, provides the instructive method of implementation of 5S in Chinese enterprises. This article first analyzes the international position and management style of current Chinese manufacture enterprises, addresses the importance of the implementation of 5S in domestic enterprises and strengthening the basic management, summaries the current situation of 5S management in both domestic and worldwide enterprises, and provides the basis for further theoretical explanation and practice. Second, this article makes comprehensive descriptions for 5S management theory, concludes what 5S is, why it shall be implemented, how to implement it, expounds its origin, concept, correlation, function and the step, key factors, skills and tools used for implementation of it as well, therefore, provides scientific and comprehensive guide for promotion of 5S in enterprises from both theoretical and practice basis. Third, this article analyzes the implementation steps, procedures, achievements and reasons for such achievement in HAFEI Machining Factory, points out the situation and existing problems, and provides the basis for further implementation. Finally, this article summaries the importance of implementation of 5S in HAFEI Machining Factory. In consideration of advantages and disadvantages, this article addresses the specific countermeasures for f
