CAJ卜?载PDF下载 永久保存本文，请下载至本地 金慧瑜钱东彬 华中科技大学同济医学院附属梨园医院眼科中南财 经政法大学医院 摘要： 目的评价维生素A棕稠酸酯眼用凝胶治疗干眼症的效果，为临床医生治疗干眼 症提供更多安全、有效的药物选择。方法 选取2014年6月至2015年6月华屮 科技大学同济医学院附展梨园医院收治的干眼症患者70例作为研究对象，分为 观察组和对照组，每组35例(35只眼)。对照组给予人工泪液治疗，观察组给 予维牛素A棕植］酸酯眼用凝胶联合人工泪液治疗，比较两组患者治疗前，治疗 后2、4周的主观症状评分、泪膜破裂吋间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(STt)、角 膜荧光染色(FL)等变化，以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前各项 指标比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后2、4周BUT、 Sit、FL均明显优于对照组，主观症状评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意 义(P<0. 05)。结论 人工泪液联合维牛素A棕植］酸酯眼用凝胶治疗干眼症临床 效果确切，明显优于单用人工泪液治疗，且无明显不良反应。 关键词： 眼药水/治疗应用;干眼病/治疗;治疗结果;维生素A棕稠酸酯眼用凝胶; 作者简介：金慧瑜(1972—),副主任医师，主要从事眼科临床工作。 收稿日期:2017-06-14 Clinical observation of vitamin A palmita/te eye ophthalmic gel combined with artificial tears for treatment of mild to moderate xerophthalmus Jin Huiyu Qian Dongbin Department of Ophthalmology 、 Liyuan Hospital , Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; Hospital of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law; Abstract： Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vitamin A palmitate eye ophthalmic gel on treating xerophthalmus, in order to provide more drugs and safe choice for clinical doctors. Methods A total of 70 patients with xerophthalmus, who were received in Liyuan Hospital of Tongji Medical College of lluazhong University of Science and Technology from June 2014 to June 2015, were selccted as research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group, 35 cases (35 eyes) in each group. The control group was treated with artificial tears, while the observation group was treated wi th vilamin A palmi tale eye ophthalmic gel combined with artificial tears. The subjective symptoms, indicators of tear film [including break-up time (BUT) , schirmer I test (Sit) , fluorescein staining (FL) and so on] and the adverse reaction in both groups were compared before and 2, 4 weeks after treatment.
