Abstract
Competitions among enterprise organizations and markets essentially lie in human resource. Good enterprise organizations rely on a planned, long-term, smooth coordination and hard work of members. Therefore, any enterprise organizations, in order to make a healthy, sustainable progress, will not work well without high-quality personnel and optimization of human resources management. Nowadays, better use of existing staff skills and enthusiasm has become development bottleneck of most enterprises.
As the development and improvement of Chinese market economy, the talent competition will be fueled. How to deal with this severe situation, undoubtedly is a very difficult problem. In order to improve the operation of business organizations and the level of the core competitive, and to gain competitive advantage in the brutal market, establishing a perfect and effective incentive mechanism system has practical and important significance.
According to Harbin huawens existing management model and prospect of enterprise development, combining theoretical research and empirical studies, the design and implement of incentive mechanism have been effectively and fully proved.
First of all, the background of the thesis research is given. The history development and current situation of the theory of demand and satisfaction surveys are researched. And applications of them in a large number of enterprise cases are also studied. Only drawing on domestic and foreign advanced methods and incentives, and fully combining the actual situation of the company, can we build an effective incentive mechanism, so that staff’s subjective initiative, making enormous potential, is brought to bear, and management incentive mechanism can achieve standardization and humanization, so as to enhance the core competitive power of enterprise.
