The improvement of quality control is useful for increaring the product and service quality, so as to promote the competitive and all-round development of an enterprise. Quality control is relatively poor at present for the enterprises in China, there still exists a large gap compared with the counterpart from foreign countries. As a result, it has a realistic and long-term significance to find the rootcause of these issues by studying aimly the current conditions of quality control in domestic bearing trade and to adopt corresponding measures according to concrete reality in order to improve the quality control for the enterprise. On the basis of sufficient investigations, on scene evidence and problem tracking, the auther wrote this paper with learned control kowledge and his own experience by working at Harbin bearing quality control. For the quality control on producing Harbin tapered roller bearings, the improvement countermeasures and suggestions are carried out: to conduct training for improving personal quality, to enhance the quality control during production by use of SPC, to modify the manufacturing process, to guarantee the quality control system in valid performance and improve it, to improve the performance evaluation of quality control and to establish the quality culture for the enterprise. The main measures are taken by all-round control and other means and instruments for quality control.
