万方数据 万方数据 A study on the curative effect of preventive treatment on children with severe hemophilia A of 20 cases in Guizhou Major: Department of Hematology Postgraduate: Luo YingHua Supervisor: Zeng XiaoJing [Abstract] Objective: To explore on the curative effect of short-term preventive treatment on children with severe hemophilia A of 20 cases in Guizhou. Methods: 20 children with severe hemophilia A were regularly injected intravenous recombinant factor Ⅷ in short term. Factors were observed on the children before and during the preventive treatment, which are frequency and position of bleeding, joint deformity, level of children’s daily family and school activities, adverse drug reaction, recombinant factor Ⅷ inhibitor antibodies and evaluations of HAMA scale of the children’s parents. Results: 20 cases of children with severe hemophilia A: (1) Compared with those before treatment, the incidence of arthrorrhagia, dermatorrhagia and hemorrhinia were significantly decreased during precentive treatment (P 0.05);(2) During the 2 months of preventive treatment, the frequency of bleeding was obviously reduced as compared with that during the 2 months before treatment(P0.05);(3) During preventive treatment, the level of children’s daily family and school activities was significantly improved as compared with that before treatment in 20 patients(P0.05);(4) Compared with that before treatment, the anxiety symptom of the children’s parents was also significantly improved during preventive treatment(P0.05). Conclusion: It is feasible to reduce bleeding in children with severe hemophilia A by adopting the short-term preventive treatment. Although the demand of dosage factor and cost is large during the process of the treatment, it could remarkably decrease total cost of comprehensive care and treatment of disabled which is led by late complications, and getting all kinds of benefits from improving the quality of living.
