Abstract Tumover problem becomes more and more popular at nowadays. 丑mployee tumover study be∞mes an important field in Human Resources Management. τbe study pu甲ose of employee tumover is to gr部p the general law of tumover and to reduce tumover rate by studying 句mover phenomenon and finding out its ante∞dent variables,a∞ommodating variables from tumover intention and actual tumover behavior. Enterprises may source possibilities to improve present management model and keep ∞ntinual and steady development also by tumover study. Up to now,most tumover study focuses on antecedent variables of tumover intention,but few on a∞0盟modating variables of actual tumover behavior,study for expert and systemic turnover management is much fewer. Workers 缸e the main force in production enterprises,equal re∞gnition should payto 也eir tumover problem. By the principles 也d techniques of psychometrics and statistics,such as investigation and factor analysis,this article tried to work out a Workers Turnover Ouestionnaire specially for Guangzhou Economic Technical Development District, and analyzed statistical da组 by SPSS 10.0. τbe result showed that,(1) Workers antecedent variables of turnover intention include four 部pects as following: Pay and benefit, working relationship, corporate factor and individual factor. (勾Work饵, a∞ommodating variables of actual tumover behavior are external pressure and internal attraction. Suggestions to enterprises on workers 细mover management 缸e,(1) Re∞♂泣e worke嚣, tumover is also a big problem. (勾Take care in-service worke嚣, feeling and org姐ize informal discussion timely.
