Abstract
With the fast development of IT, the globalization of market competition and the individuation of customers’ demands, Chinese enterprises organization is facing the new challenge and opportunities; traditional organizational theories can not any more orbicularly explain actual phenomena neither its nature, organizational innovation needs new models for its theories and practices. In all these brand new sub-problems, organizational climate for innovation shall arouse people’s high attention both theoretically and practically. Actually the research on the organizational climate for innovation rests on the macro-level, which lays particular stress on theory discussion and summarization; however speaking to the enterprises level, especially to the demonstrational and theoretical research on the Chinese enterprises’ factual situation, these are many weaknesses. In particular few scholars pay attention to research on the effect of innovative climate and organizational innovation. The paper is aim to find out their effect model.
Firstly author analyzes and hackles in-out-country research fruits on the organizational climate for innovation, and educes its definition. At the same time using content analysis, author brings forward the construction dimensionality and questionnaire of organizational climate for innovation by comparing its actual research fruits as construction, measurement and practice. Consulted by enterprises organizational innovation, author confirms a four-dimensionality organizational innovation questionnaire.
As investigation object, the paper chooses Harbin Boiler Company Limited, an old state-owned enterprise with a history over half a century, and discussed that organizational climate for innovation effects on organizational innovation in HBC. Analyzing inter-enterprises’ theories and practices, author educes HBC’s effect model. Inside HBC, 140 questionnaires have been extended and 118 questionnaires
