Combined with the current high-tech industry development background and data , this paper studied the competitive strength rankings of regional high-tech industry by means of a variety of statistical analysis methods and analysis software, analyzed the ranking results and made conclusions on the basis of the study; Finally, with the development status of Guahong-Tianhui economic Zone competitiveness of industrial cluster combined with the actual data and background information within this area, this paper studied the urban high-tech industrial clusters competitiveness ranking situation and problems within the GuanZhong-TianShui Economic Zone and made some targeted recommendations; Overall ,this paper provided recommendations to enhance competitiveness development for high-tech industrial cluster in GuanZhong-TianShui economic Zone in the future, and contribute to the development of the regional cluster competition, provide a useful reference for the successful implementation of the western development strategy.
