的品种，储存条件把仓库进行区域划分，并进行害虫控制。在软件上，加强单 证管理和搬运堆放操作，从而解决材料因储存不当而降级，确保了材料的质量， 提高了库存准确率，解决了因材料而导致的返工问题。 提出了运用 GMP 质量保证体系在原有的再包装企业生产管理的基础上推行 严格实时检验的管理模式，从而大大减少了次品和返工。在包装操作流程中， 增加了首件生产和清线两个环节，另外对生产准备和批量生产都有了新的要求。 另外，新增设的在线检查和成品发放程序使问题被及时发现，大大降低了产品 缺陷率。最后，生产批号程序的建立可以有效地跟踪产品的去向，也方便客户 知道产品的生产日期和合格情况。 本文为食品和化妆品再包装企业提高质量管理水平从而提升其在市场中的 竞争力提供了一种实用高效、成功率高的有效方法，也为其它企业提高质量管 理水平提供了有益的思路。 关键词：GMP 质量保证体系 食品和化妆品行业 仓库管理 生产管理 II ABSTRCT More and more foreign enterprises are expanding their business in China. In order to adapt fierce competition, domestic repacking enterprises must produce high quality product to meet customer’s requirements. Because a majority of customers for repacking enterprises are in food and cosmetic industry, they must setup an efficient quality assurance system which could meet all customer’s need. Therefore, setting up GMP quality assurance system is very important for repacking enterprises to increase competitive ability and profit. Investigated in cosmetic enterprise and participated in GMP implementation and analyzing, and find out problem and solution, the paper is focusing on some aspects as followings: 1)Investigated in the actuality of repacking enterprises, there are some quality issues in PQM、 QAC、 QI、 IRA .In order to meet customer’s needs , establishing GMP quality assurance system could help us to improve four indicators as mentioned above. 2)On the basis of warehouse management of repacking enterprise, implemented GMP assurance system and achieved the process management model. This will help to solve the problems from inbound, outbound to storage.
