:应用PBS 液计数法、孔雀绿染色计数法和3 种甘油卵囊原液(甘油∶卵囊原液分别为 1 ∶2,
1∶1, 2 ∶1)计数法, 对同一样本中牛安氏隐 子虫卵囊进行了计数和比较。结果表明, 孔雀绿染色计
数法具有灵敏、特异和易操作等特点, 是一种比较好的隐 子虫卵囊计数方法。

Abstract:The oocysts of same kind of Cryp tosp or id ium anderson i sample were counted by different
methods such as PBS, malachite green stain method, and three kinds of glycerin solutions (glycerin/
oocysts sample was 1 ∶2, 1 ∶1, 2 ∶1 respectively)methods.The results indicated that malachite green
stain method was sensitive, differential, convenient, and it was the best one among the 5 methods.
