PHOTOVOLTA PHOTOVOLTA I C ROOF DES l GN PROJECT OUAL I TY MANAGEMENT RESEARCH ABST RACT In todays under the background of building energy consumption，the state vigorously to develop green energy,and green，one of the combination of photovoltaic solar energy and building photovoltaic roof is gradually accepted and loved by all of US，in order to ensure the architectural tbrm of this new type of green energy,photovoltaic roof,looking for project quality management m line with the photovoltaic roof design，accord with the characteristics of project quality management theory and method is especially important． In this paper，from the photovoltaic roof design project and the project quality management concept，first of all，introduces the characteristics of the photovoltaic roof design projects．Secondly,the photovoltaic roof problems that exist in the market competition and the design of the project are expounded．Fully proved showed in the photovoltaic roof project design industry,the necessity ofthe implementation ofproject quality management．In weihai city citizen culture center of photovoltaic roof design project as an example，analyzes the quality of the project management model，by using the theory of modem project management ofproject quality management theory and method of photovoltaic roof,for example，out of the current key problems existing in the design of project quality management，analyzes the reasons，and put forward the photovoltaic roof design project quality management mode：photovoltaic design project quality goal clear,in view of the factors that influence the quality from the basic of the quality management system，human resources management，this paper puts forward how to ensure the quality of photovoltaic roof design projects．Discusses the key factors affecting the quality of photovoltaic roof design projects and weak links，and how to set up quality control points of quality control，ensure realization of photovoltaic roof project design quality,project quality
