阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征病人生活质量的相关研究 (银川市第一人民医院 宁夏 银川750000) 【摘要】目的：研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征病人牛活质量及危险 因素。方法：选取我院2014年1月?2016年1月收治的110例OSAHS患者， 调查方法以问卷调查，询问式调查方法为主。问卷调查内容包扌舌两方面：患者基 木信息调查及OSAHS特异性调查，调查内容包括民族、性别、职业、年龄、婚 姻状况、文化程度、睡眠时呼吸状况、睡眠时出现的症状、家族遗传病史、吸烟 史、有无高血压疾病、心血管、脑血管疾病等。釆用logistic回归方程分析危险 因素。结果：影响OSAHS患者生活质量的因素有吸烟史、心血管疾病家族史、 糖尿病家族史、合并糖尿病及合并高血压(Plt;0.05),合并糖尿病及合并高血 压是影响OSAHS患者牛活质量的危险因素(Plt;0.05)o结论：对OSAHS患者治 疗中应重视患者的牛活质量水平的提高,从生理、心理、精神等多方面进行干预， 全面的提高OSAHS患者的治疗效果 【关键词】阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；牛活质量；危险因素 【中图分类号】R741 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 32-0010-02 Study on the quality of life of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome Xu Kewei, Chen Jihong, Xu Wang. Methods 110 cases of OSAHS were selected in our hospital from Janu ary 2014 to Jan uary in. The survey was con ducted by questi orrn aire survey. Questio nn aire content in eludes two aspects: basic in formati on of the patients investigated and OSAHS specific investigation. Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the risk factors. Results The factors that affect the quality of life of patients with OSAHS had smoking history, cardiovascular disease family history, diabetes family history, with diabetes and hypertension (P lt; 0.05), diabetes and hypertension is the risk factors of affecting the quality of life of patients with OSAHS (P lt; 0.05).
