面向用户决策的高校信息碎片化整合模 型 张文德程涵刘田 福州大学信息管理研究所福建农林大学图书馆 摘要: ［R的/意义］弥补现有高校信息整合系统可扩展性差、缺乏面向用户决策的缺陷, 提出了高校信息碎片化整合模型，为用户提供个性化的决策支持。［方法/过程］ 阐述高校信息整合现状及存在的问题，提出“碎片化”整合思路，利用关联数 据对异构数据源进行统一碎片化处理及碎片化整合规则确立，通过兀配需求得 到所有满足的“信息碎片”并进行数据挖掘及可视化，构建了高校信息碎片化 整合模型。［结果/结论］面向用户决策的高校信息碎片化整合模型不仅能有效解 决高校“信息孤岛”问题，还能为高校用户的信息决策提供个性化支持。 关键词： 关联数据;信息碎片;信息资源整合;信息决策; 作者简介：张文德，男，1962年生，教授，博士生导师。 作者简介：程涵，女，1994年生，硕士生。 作者简介：刘田，女，1983年生，馆员。 基金：中国高教学会2016年度教育信息化专项课题“基于高校信息碎片化的信 息整合构建研究”（项目编号:2016XXZD01） The Fragmented Information Integration Model of University Oriented to User Decision Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to make up for the defects of the existing university information integration system, such as the poor scalability and the lack of user-oriented decision support, this paper puts forward the fragmented information integration model of university and provides users with personalized decision support. [Method/process] The paper describes the current situation and existing problems of information integration in colleges, puts forward the idea of z，fragmcntcd〃 integration, and uses the linked data to establish the unified fragmented processing and fragmented integration rules of the heterogeneous data source. Then, the paper obtains all the satisfied infonnation fragme nts〃 by matching demands to mine and vi sual i ze data, and cons true ts the fragmcnted infonuation integration model of university. [Result/conclusion] The fragmented information integration model of university oriented to user decision can not only solve the problem of 〃information silos/z in colleges, but also provide personalized support for information decision of university users.
