学号 200530040006 密级 武汉大学毕业论文 中国高技术产业地理集中的实证研究 ——基于1995-2008年的统计数据 院（系）名 称：经济与管理学院 专 业 名 称 ：经济学基地班 学 生 姓 名 ：周 勇 指 导 教 师 ：吴传清 教授 二○一一年五月 摘 要 随着知识经济的兴起，全球化、信息化、工业化的不断渗透，高技术产业已经成为促进世界经济发展的主要源泉，对高技术产业布局特征及规律的理论和实证研究将成为国内外学术界研究的重点。在这一背景下，本论文根据1995-2008年的统计数据，运用区位基尼系数、CR系数、N指数等评价方法对分析了中国高技术产业地理集中的变化趋势，探讨了高技术产业地理集中的布局特点、影响因素及产业地理集中的效应，主要的研究结论：中国高技术产业地理集中变化趋势呈S型曲线；中国高技术产业大部分集中在我国东部省份，但各行业布局特点存在比较大的差异；在中国高技术产业地理集中变化过程中，非市场因素、市场因素及内生集聚因子影响并存；高技术产业地理集中和经济增长间存在显著的正相关关系。论文还提出了提高中国高技术产业地理集中度、推动高技术产业发展的政策建议。 论文的创新之处在于：第一次从实证角度全面系统分析了1995-2008年中国高技术产业地理集中现象；利用数学和统计学知识，将区位基尼系数转化成协方差的表达式，极大地简化了区位基尼系数的计算，这是研究方法上的创新；大多数研究成果认为中国高技术产业地理集中度一直在提升，论文利用最新的数据研究，得出了高技术产业地理集中变化趋势成S型曲线的结论。 关键词：高技术产业；地理集中；区域基尼系数；CR系数；N指数 ABSTRACT With the rise of the knowledge-based economy and the infiltration of globalization, informationization and industrialization, High-tech industry has become the main source of economic development all over the world. Therefore the normative and positive study on the features of the industrial distribution of high-tech industry in academia has been becoming increasingly important both at home and aboard. Under this background，the thesis，based on the statistical data from 1995 to 2008, uses Gini coefficient, CR index, and N index to analyze the agglomeration level of high-tech industry in China. And then a research on the features and the influential factors of the industrial distribution of high-tech industry and the effect of spatial concentration in high-technology industry is also carried out to achieve several valuable conclusions: firstly, the trend of the agglomeration level of high-tech industry in China is just like a S curve; secondly, most of high-tech industries in Chinas centralize in eastern provinces but the five subdivided industries of high-tech industry are obviously different
