Conclusion: health education and psychological nursing, emphasized the importanee of postoperative complications nursing care, to improve the success rate of surgery is critical. 【Key words] glaucoma; Nursing; The drainage valve implantation; The whole retinal photocoagulation 血管性青光眼(neovascular glaucoma, NVG)^种难治疗的眼病，是由于虹膜 和小梁表面有新生的纤维血管膜，导致周边虹膜前粘连，阻碍房水排出进而引起。 由于新生血管容易破裂，反复发生前房出血，故又称出血性青光眼。NVG预后较 差[1],患者失明率高，且治疗一直未有重大突破，国内外尚无确切有效的治疗 方法。我院采取了青光眼引流阀植入联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼, 取得了较好的疗效。但术后仍可发生浅前房或前房岀血、脉络膜脱离等并发症。 对患者进行细致的围手术期护理是提高手术成功，降低并发症的一个必不可少的 措施。本次临床实验对治疗新生血管性青光眼的护理措施和效果进行了分析，结 果如下。 1 ?研究资料和方法 1.1 一般资料和研究对象 收集2012年2月至2013年5月在我院确诊为新 生血管性青光眼的并行引流阀植入联合全视网膜光凝治疗患者25例。其中男患 者15例，女患者10例，年龄47?73岁，平均56.7岁，所收集患者均为单眼发 病。根据病历资料统计发病原因：糖尿病视网膜病变10例，增殖性糖尿病性视 网膜病变1例，视网膜中央静脉阻塞9例，视网膜中央动脉阻塞2例，视网膜静 脉周围炎2例，眼外伤1例。术前视力:2例无光感，其他患者为光感?0.2。术前 眼压 30-40mmHg(lkPa=7.5mmHg)者 5 例，40
