LaPorte) 关键词：糖尿病，1型；流行病学；发病率 【 】目的 研究我国儿童1型糖尿病的发病率。方法 中国预防医学科学院WHO DiaMond项目屮国协调中心在全国建立了登记网络。16个省、市和白治区的20个地区根据 该中心的计划和要求，对1988?1996年期间诊断的V15岁的1型糖尿病病例进行了回顾性 的登记。该研究覆盖V15岁儿童1 900余万，登记到我国九个民族，共发现883例1型 糖尿病病人。结果显示该时期总的确定校正发病率为0.59/10万人年(95%可信区间(CI)： 0.57?0.60),辦 男 0.52/10 万人年(95% CI： 0.50?0.54),女 0.66/10 万人年(95% CI： 0.64? 0.68)o按1990年全国人口构成比例标化的确定校正发病率为0.57/10 7J人年。结论 我国 儿童1型糖尿病的发病率在逐年上刃二发病率随年龄的增长而增加；民族间的发病率差异达 12倍；发病率在不同地区Z间呈现明显的南低北高现彖。 Incidence of childhood type 1 diabetes mellitus in China WANG Kean,LI Tianling,LI Xinhua,ct al.WHO DiaMond Project China Coordinating Center,Chi nose Academy of Preventive Medicine,Beijing, 100050 [Abstract] Objective To investigate into the incidence rate (IR) of childhood type I diabetes mellitus in China.Methods A nationwide register network was established by the WHO DiaMond Project ChinaCoordinatingCenter,Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine (CAPM). Coordinated by that center and following the standardized protocol, 20 local centers in 16 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China registered retrospectively the newly diagnosed cases of type I diabetes mellitus with onset age 15 years between 1988? 1996.Results The population under investigation was more than 19 million, and 883 type 1 diabetes mellitus from 9 nationalities were registered. The overall ascertained and corrected type 1 diabetes IR was 0.59 per 100000 person-year. The gender specific IRs were 0.52/10(X)00 (95% CI: ().50?0.54) for males and 0.66/100000 (95% CI:0.64?0.68) for females. The standard ascertained and corrected IR according to the national age-specific population in 1990 was 0.57 per 100000 person-year, which was the lowest rate ever reported by other countries.Conclusion
