中文摘要摘要： 中文摘要 摘要： 在全路上下实施跨跃式发展，积极推行生产力布局调整的进程中，各个铁路 局积极探索内涵式增长之路，在实践过程中，实行机车长交路、提高牵引定数是 ～项重要的挖潜提效举措，取得了良好的效果。 哈尔滨铁路局实施机车长交路和提高列车牵引定数后，货运工作量指标和效 率指标大幅度提高，取得了较好的经济效益。但由于其实施涉及铁路系统的方方 面面，一直以来很难对其经济效益进行准确测算。 本论文通过对区域内运输环境和运输设备的研究，对车辆运用效率指标和机 务指标的研究分析，对其措施的实施后有关指标的提高和改善进行了定性分析和 定量评价，并对实施机车长交路和提高列车牵引定数的增收与节支情况进行了具 体测算，得出具体综合经济效益。 本文希望可以为今后铁路的挖潜提效措施的经济可行性评估提供借鉴与思 路，为科学决策提供依据。 图6幅，表19个，参考文献23篇。 关键词：机车；车辆；长交路；牵引定数；效益 分类号：293．13 ABSTRACr．In ABSTRACr． In the efforts to implement the leap-forward development on the whole railway and actively promote the adjustment of industrial layout，all railway administrations arc actively exploring the road to intensive growth．In practice，implementation of long locomotive routing and improvement of the tonnage rating is a key measure to capitalize on the potential and improve the efficiency and has attained a good effect． After Harbin Railway Administration implements the long locomotive routing and improves the tonnage rating,the freight workload indices and efficiency have been improved greatly,thereby earning a good economic efficiency．However,its implementation pertains to various aspects of the railway system，so it has been difficult to make accurate estimation about its economic efficiency． Based on research into the transportation environment and transportation facilities in the region猫well as research and analysis about the vehicle utilization efficiency indices and the locomotive operation，the article has conducted the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation about improvement of relevant indices after implementation of the measles and made a concrete calculation about the earning and expenditure saving by implementation of long locomotive routing and improvement of the tonnage rating．Finally,it has obtained the concrete integrated economic efficiency． 砀c articles is aimed at providing reference and thought to evaluation about feasibility of future potential exploration and efficiency improvement on the railway,s0 as to cont
