RESEACH RESEACH ON DEVELOPMENT OF V l ETNAl|卜-GUANGX l LAND ACCESS T刚忻FIC ECONOMIC BELT A队STRACT Guangxi，as a bridgehead ofrelations with some countries in ASEAN，with the incessant deepening and expanding of the trade between China and ASEAN，gradually shows its own value and function in the foreign trade，foreign cultural exchanges and personal exchanges．In addition,as the forefiont city in the Free Trade Area between ASEAN and China,the important double combining site of‘‘economic belt in Silk Road’’and‘Marine silk road’’in the construction of“One belt，One road’，Guangxi plays a significant role for the development of border trade，and the exchanges of expanding international trade．Across the Beilun River,and a link between Dongxing and Mans Street，trade and cultural exchanges have never cut off between China and Vietnam since ancient times，however,transportation is bone of shoring up the inter-connectivity in Guangxi and Vietnam．Therefore，traffic infrastructure construction is particularly important both in Guangxi and Vietnam． 111 the new situation,Guangxi should build the east gallery of‘one circle，two corridors”， and make the economic belt of‘Silk Road”．In priority,Guangxi must promote the network construction of transportation connecting Vietnam,and speed up connection of the road access，in addition,Guangxi should speed up a series of traffic in丘astructure construction of highway,railway and port in order to achiever the transportation infi-astructure interconnectivity as soon AS possible．In order to provide the necessary supporting of expanding the trade scale between Guangxi and Vietnam，Guangxi needs to strengthen the coordination and cooperation of government，enterprises and industry create efficient， convenient and unobstructed,lower logistics cost ofthe transportation network， and improve the competitiveness of the transportation and logistics in road access between China and Vietnam． Builted on the theory ofthe tramc economic belt and the research on la
