Ab Abstract PPP mode，although born long time ago，in our country as a new model of public—private partnership in recent years are all applied to public infrastructure construction．on the one hand they Can solve the lack of public sector financial resources，low construction and management efficiency，on the other side the private sector through participation in the construction of public infrastructure can set a good corporate image and gain some income．On the background that government debt applies strict restrictions on the premise，the number of PPP projects launched by the government at all levels increased year by year,in need of more private sector involvement in the public infrastructure and expecting to achieve through the PPP mode win-win for both public and private．However,PPP model has just started in China,relatively in lack of experience and theory,the solutions to the problems and the management of the risk of PPP proj ect are essential to the smooth implementation． Therefore，in order to ensure the smooth promotion of the domestic PPP project，it is necessary to conduct a thorough analysis of the operation mode of PPP． In this paper,on the basis of domestic and foreign research theory and achievement of PPP model，firstly I try to introduce the status，concept，characteristics， innovation and limitations，related theories and other traditional public and private cooperation mode difference of the PPP in the domestic and foreign research．The scope of this study were clearly defined． Secondl5 the operation mode of the PPP project is studied and analyzed，and the actual case is introduced to explore the existing problems in the development of PPP model in China． Thirdly,the risk management status and risk factors of PPP model in China are analyzed． Finally,according to the problems found and the risk of the development of the domestic PPP model，I try to put forward reasonable suggestions． Key words：PPP model public infrastructure mode of operation risk 万方数据 目录1
