2007年9月第 28卷笫9期 高等教育研究 Journal of H igher Educati on Sep., 2007Vol. 28 No. 9 中国高校大学生求学满意度测评体系和评 价模型硏究 * 常亚平1,侯晓丽2,刘艳阳2 (1.华中科技大学管理学院湖北武汉430074; 2.武汉科技学院经济管理学院，湖北武汉430074) 本研究通过对北京、上海、武汉、广州、西安5个城市的12所大学的抽样调查， 应用因子分析法和排序法，建立了一个可量化测评的中国高等院校学生满意度的指标体系和 评价模型。研究发现，学校环境、风气、学生管理机制、教学基础设施、后勤服务、课外活 动、教师职业素质、教学课程管理、职工服务意识和个人发展是影响大学生满意度的重要指 标。其中学校环境、风气和教师职业素质的权重最大，应成为学校提高学生满意度的重点。 关键词:中国高校;求学满意度;测评体系;评价模型 :G647 :A :1000 4203( 2007) 08 0082 06 The assessment systemof students satisfaction in learning in China s HEIs CHANG Ya ping \ HOU Xiao li2r XIU Yan yang2 (1. Among them, campus environment and atmosphere and the profes sional quality of instructors account for the biggest weight, and therefore they should be where universities endeavor to improve students satisfaction.
