The CMPR method includes four phases, namely process re-establishment, transformation, assessment, and re-engineering activities. Using CMPR, the inefficient operations within the construction company working process can not only be identified, but also a new reasonable operation process is developed to improve the management efficiency. Nevertheless, the competitive ability of the construction company is also increased. 1 國立台灣科技大學營建工程技術系副教授 2 國立台灣科技大學營建工程技術系碩士 1 一 、前 言 「企業流程再造」名詞最初出現於 1990 年 ，由 Michael Hammer 在 Havard Business Review 中的文章 「Reengineering : Don ’t Automate , Obliterate 」[1]所提出 ，他認為在競爭激烈的九0 年代中 ，多數企業所運用改 善組織的方法 ，如合理化 、自動化等 ，皆無法徹底地革新企業 。企業花費許 多的金錢於改善或是引進新的資訊科技，但是卻變成強化舊有、錯誤的工作 流程之有利工具 ，造成組織的成本
