Abstract: Ther e are 33 species ( includin var ieties and subspecies) of the rare and threatened
plants in M t . Sanqin shan, w hich belon to 30 enera and 22 families. Amon them, 1 species, 1
enera and 1 family represent the fern; 12 species, 12 enera and 6 families represent the ym-
nosperm ; 20 species, 17 ener a and 15 families r epresent the an iosperm . T his paper mainly dis-
cusses the eo raphical distribution and pr otection of the rare and threatened plants.
