复方中药制剂对9种畜禽肠道病原菌的体外抑菌试验 1陈春林1、2曹国文* 2郑华1 陈诚 （1重庆市畜牧科学院 ，2农业部养猪科学重点实验室，重庆 荣昌，402460) 摘要：畜禽泻痢性疾病是畜禽常发病，严重制约着养殖业的可持续发展。本试验采用牛津杯法分别测定了复方中药制剂水提液、药典处方四黄止痢颗粒配方水提液和西药对照药物复方阿莫西林溶液对9种畜禽肠道病原菌( 猪大肠杆菌K88、K99、987P，猪沙门氏菌SM2和鸡大肠杆菌O18、O37、O39，鸡沙门氏菌SM1、SM503)的抑菌试验。结果表明： 制备的药物对9种供试菌均有不同的抑菌效果。其中，对9种畜禽肠道病原菌抑菌直径大小顺序分别是复方阿莫西林溶液、复方中药制剂和药典处方四黄止痢配方水提液。结论：复方中药制剂对畜禽肠道致病菌有很好的抑菌作用，完全可以替代抗生素治疗因该类病原菌引起的下痢性疾病。 关键词：复方中药制剂； 水提物 ；复方阿莫西林溶液； 抑菌作用； 抑菌直径。 In vitro antibacterial activity of a Compound Chinese Herbal against nine kinds of livestock and poultry intestinal pathogenic bacteria Chen Chun-lin, Cao Guo-wen ,Zheng Hua et,al (1Chongqing Academy of Animal Science, 2 Key Laboratory of Pig Industry Sciences,Ministry of Agriculture, Rongchang, Chongqing, China, 402460) Abstract：Diarrhea is a common disease in livestock, seriously restricting the sustainable development of breeding industry. In this study, antibacterial test of a Compound Chinese Herbal was carried out by Oxford cup method on the nine kinds of poultry intestinal pathogenic bacteria, including E. coli (K88, K99 and 987P) from pigs, E. coli (O18,O37 and O39) and Salmonella (SM1 and SM503) from chickens. Meanwhile, the test of compound amoxicillin and pharmacopoeia prescription of Sihuang Zhili particles was set as control one. The result showed the three preparations could inhibit the growth of the nine kinds of bacteria in different degrees and in the order of antibacterial diameter that compound amoxicillin’s Chinese medicine preparation’s Sihuang Zhili particles’. Thus, it could be concluded that the Compound Chinese Herbal was capable of being a potent antibacterial agent so that it could take place of antibiotics in some degree to treat diarrhea disease caused by the nine kinds of bacteria.
