关于我区农牧民增收问题的探讨摘要 关于我区农牧民增收问题的探讨 摘要 农业是国家的基础产业，农业的发展、农村的富裕和农民的富足安定是国 家经济社会繁荣稳定的基础。没有发达的农业，人们就没有生存保障，整个社 会就没有发展根基，国家安全就会受到威胁。农牧民收入增长与国民经济稳定 健康发展有着直接关系。农业、农村、农民问题，事关全面建设小康社会大局， 始终是全党工作的重中之重。千万百计增加农民收入是当前农业和农村工作的 一项战略任务。如何改变农民增长缓慢的状况，提高农民收入，则成为了解决 “三农、“三牧问题的核心，也成为牵动国民经济和社会发展的关键因素。 “十一五”以来，随着经济的发展，我区农牧民收入持续增长，但与经济 增长的速度相比仍显滞后性，与城镇居民收入差距进一步拉大。本文从我区农 牧民实际出发，分析了加强我区农牧民增收的现实紧迫性与收入现状，对我区 农牧民增收中存在的问题与原因进行了系统详细的研究，并着眼于我区农村牧 区的实际，对如何进～步促进我区农牧民增收问题进行了探索，要提高思想认 识，倡导富民优先，要巩固完善各项支农惠农政策，并出台相关的牧业补贴政 策，要建立完善城乡一体化和农村发展的体制机制，要优化农牧业结构，推进 ¨- 农牧业向现代化转型，要提高农村牧区特别是牧区基本公共服务水平，要提高 农牧民素质，用科技创新推动农牧民持续增收。 关键词：内蒙古、农牧民增收、农牧业、城乡一体化 areas areas and farmers in wealthy countries，economic and social prosperity and stability is the basis for prosperity and stability．No well—developed agriculture，people do not have life—support，the foundation of society as a whole can be no development, national security is threatened．Farmer income growth and healthy development of national economic stability has a direct relationship．Agriculture，rural areas and farmers，concerning the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society, the party is always the most important task．Increase farmers income is the hundreds millions of current agricultural and rural work in a strategic task．How to change the status of the slow growth of farmers，increase farm income，become the solution ¨three rural¨and¨three animal husbandry,the core of the problem，but also affect the economic and social development as a key factor． ¨Eleventh Five—Year¨，along with economic development，farmer income to grow in our regi。n，but continued to show economic growth lag ★。c。ntinued compared with income of urban residents further widened the gap．In this paper,the reality of our region’S farmers and herdsmen，were analyzed to enhance our region’S real income of farmers and herdsmen urgency status and income，the income of farmers farmers and herdsmen in our region problems and reasons for the detailed study of the system，and focused on our regi
