华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 企业是国民经济的细胞，是实施以“信息化带动工业化”战略举措的主体。在 企业管理中推进信息化，可以提高企业劳动生产率、自主创新能力、资金周转率和 利润水平，提高企业科学管理、经营水平，促进现代企业制度的形成，进而全面提 高企业的核心竞争能力。但什么是企业信息化、电信企业为什么要实施企业信息化、 如何实施企业信息化是当前中国电信各级管理层面临的难题之一。本文结合作者单 位实际，着眼于解决其在应用中面临的理论和实践问题，以期推进信息化在企业的 实施，促进中国电信企业信息化的发展。 本文从企业信息化的概念入手，全面阐述了企业信息化的内涵及外延，通过信 息化与电信企业竞争力的关系、电信企业实施企业信息化SWOT分析，明确了什么 是企业信息化、电信企业为什么要实施企业信息化。然后通过实证分析中国电信企 业信息化的现状及存在的问题。基于存在的问题，从构筑支撑企业竞争力的信息化 体系总体思路出发，结合国际电信运营商企业信息化分析．ETOM分析，提出了作者 对中国电信企业信息化架构的设想、实旌步骤和推进策略。最后通过对天门电信企 业信息化的现状、存在的问题进行实证分析，提出了天门电信实施企业信息化的总 体框架和实施步骤，并从实际工作的角度提出了企业信息化实施中应把握的原则和 应注意的问题，在现有技术、环境条件下为电信企业实施企业信息化提供了一种思 路。 关键词：企业信息化 核心竞争力 电信企业 方案设计 华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The enterprise is the cell of National economy well as the principal part of the measure “informationization bring along the industrialization”．qo pusb forward informationization in the management of the enterprise improve the laboring productivity,serf-creativity,and the tnrflover rate and profit rate of the enterprise，It Can also enhance the enterprise’s ievel of scientific management and operation，SO that to stimulate the formation of modem enterprise institution and to raise the main competitive force of it efficiently．But what is the informationizatinn of the enterprise。why should the talecom enterprise carry out informationization，and how to do it is the main problems that all the management status in Qlina Telecom faces with presently,This essay bases the fact of tk author’s company,and wants to solve the academic and practical problems they face in application．The goal is to enforce the implementation of informationization in the enterprises and to promote the development of the China Telecom Company． This essay starts from the conception of the informationizadon in the enterprise，and expounds comprehensively the connotation and denotation of it．Through the relationship between informationization and the competition of the telecom compafiy and the SWOT analysis these companies’implemen
