  91 综述 合 成 树 脂 及 塑 料 ， 2016，33（6）：  CHINA SYNTHETIC RESIN AND PLASTICS        汽车轻量化用改性聚丙烯的研究进展 赵玉梅 （唐山工业职业技术学院，河北省唐山市 063020） 摘 要： 从汽车保险杠、内饰和零配件低气味及其他应用等介绍了改性聚丙烯在汽车轻量化方面的应用及 研究进展。改性聚丙烯密度远小于钢铁且具有很好的强度、硬度，价格相对低廉，来源充足，因此常被用作汽车轻量 化主选材料之一。改性聚丙烯降低了聚丙烯的成型收缩率，用改性聚丙烯制备的汽车零配件在强度、韧性、硬度、熔 体流动速率、耐老化性能、耐刮擦能力、使用寿命、耐冲击性等方面得到了提高，并减少了汽车内饰配件的异味。因 此，应加大汽车轻量化用聚丙烯的改性研究，以满足各种汽车零部件的要求，获得更大的经济效益。 关键词：  改性聚丙烯  轻量化  汽车保险杠  汽车内饰 中图分类号： + 文献标识码： 文章编号： TQ 325.14      A      1002-1396（2016）06-0091-04 Research progress of modified PP for automobile lightweight Zhao Yumei （Tangshan Polytechnic College，Tangshan 063020，China ） Abstract ：  The application and research progress of modified polypropylene（PP）in automobile lightweight  are described with respect to collision bumper， interior trim， and parts. Modified PP is used for automobile  lightweight thanks to its high strength and hardness， cheap price and abundant materials as well as low density  that is much less than that of steel. Modified PP reduces the in-process shrinkage of PP. The auto parts made  from modified PP is improved in strength， toughness， melt flow rate， service life， age， impact and scratching  resistance. The strong smelling of interior trim and parts are relieved as well. It suggests that the research on  modified PP for auto lightweight should be strengthened to meet the requirements of auto parts and to receive  more benefits.  Keywords：  modified polypropylene； automobile lightweight； colli
