ABSTRACTWine ABSTRACT Wine cultul℃has a long histo巧in C11ina．Today，people c猢ot leaVe蹦n虹ng in social actiVities．Fa位y liVer induced by alcoh01(AFL)and nle deVelopment of seVefe 1iVer diseaSe haVe bec锄e m句or t11reaten to human health．Inositol is a kind of wate卜s01uble natural subs伽1ces which are easy to be absorbed．Inosit01 widely exists in orgallizations of V撕ous aJlimals，natl瑚1 plaIlts a11d microbe． Myo-inositol(easily called inosit01) and D—c11iro—inositol are tv旧isomers of inositol、vhich caIl promote the metab01ism of liVer fat aIld lower the content of cholesterol in the blood．T11is experiment tal(es SD rats as animal model，researching tlle effect of inositol aIld D—chir0-inositolto AFL rats．Then explore me possible mechallism of inosit01 aIld D—c11iro—inositolto AFL at t11e molecular leVel． FirStly，eXperimental animals were randomLy diVided into 6乒oups：blaJlk control group，model group，mgh—dose inositol group(200mg厥g‘BW。d)，10w-dose inosit01 伊oup(1 00mg／l(g。BW。d)，11i曲-dose D-clliro-inositol group(200mg／l(g‘Bw‘d) ，low—dose D—clliro—inositol group(100mg／l(g’BW·d)．We use tlle矗action of40％alcohol to fill the rat’s Stomach．We laVage t11e rats铆o times a day，似o more thaIl 6 hours apart．DifIferent dose of Inositol aJld D—chiro—inositol、vere lavaged at the same time．Measuring body weight，Visceml index，semm a11d 1iVer biochemical indicatorS 60 days 1ater．Do a liVer patholo百cal observation．Then we apply the tecllllology of realtime·PCR to teSt’me targetinggenes(PPAR-丫，TNF-c【，Adiponectin)Vmichareconcemed诵tllAFL． The results showed that inositol can reduce rat liver index，Inositol a11d D—cmro—inositol botll caIl lower senlm TC and TG leVels aIld inhibit the actiV埘of sen姗 AST．The two doses of inositol can remarkably reduce 1iver TC level(P0．05)，t11e 11i曲 dose孕oup caIl ex仃emely rem破ably lower liVer TC 1eVel(P0．01)．The帆o doses of D—cKr0一inositol can rem破ably re(1uce liVer TC level(PO．05)．The tv岫doses of irlositol aIld D-cl血D-i110sitol botll can extremely rem砌(ably lowe
