The author reduces the QMS, EMS, OSHAS three major system in the establishment and implementation of the cross, overlap, duplication, Human, financial, and material, a waste of time, management performance and higher efficiency problem, discussed; an analysis of the three major system integration and the integration of the background and the difficulties faced; put forward several suggestions and look forward to its development prospects.
