Injection mould for each of the system was designed in this article, such as pouring system, the guide pin and guide bush, side parting and core-pulling mechanism. The plastic material performance is analyzed. According to the number of plastic parts product requirements, and the structural requirements, the mould has a module and two cavity. The whole design process used CAD and Pro/E software for parametric design, which make the whole mold design process is simple and clear. Molding parts and non-standard parts are designed by using CAD software, and thus for all aspects of the parametric design, namely to mold parting, and the formation of components on, assembly, test model, open mold design and so on.
