定分级5 级。在治疗3 个月后有 11 （24.22%）位患者可达到轻度残障。提示： 中医综合康复方案在改善社区恢复期脑卒中患者的日常生活能力方面的疗效是 令人满意的。 结论：中医综合方案结合针灸、推拿及康复训练为一体，可有效改善社区恢 复期脑卒中患者的肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及其患者的残障情况。中医综合 方案安全性良好，在临床运用中实用性高，效果显著，值得社区广泛推广。 关键词：中医综合方案；脑卒中；恢复期 Abstract Objective: To investigate the efficacy of rehabilitation TCM comprehensive program of community intervention on the recovery of stroke patients, clinical TCM for the treatment of recovering stroke patients a comprehensive program to explore a better solution, as well as community outreach feasibility of the program. Methods: In this study, the development of experimental and take self-controlled method, met the inclusion criteria given to 45 patients a comprehensive program TCM treatment for 3 months, for during this period is (onset 2 weeks to 3 months) of the patients before treatment and early recovery were once Fugl-Meyer scale, Barthel Index and the modified Rankin scale assessed after 3 months of treatment. Pre-treatment and treatment differences comparing the efficacy of 3 months. Results: After 3 months of treatment and evaluation , and pre- treatment 62.22% of patients in the FMA score Ⅰgrade, 20% of patients in the FMA score Ⅱgrade, 11.11% of patients in the FMA score 3 , 6.67% of patients in the FMA score grade ⅳ; 3 months after treatment 20 % of patients after the FMA score ⅰ, 46.67% of patients in the FMA score ⅱgrade, 13.33% of patients in the FMA score 3 , 20% of patients in the FMA score ⅳ grade . Tip : TCM comprehensive rehabilitation program to improve community recovery of motor function in patients with stroke is effective . A total of 45 cases o
