兰州大学硕士学位论文 兰州大学硕士学位论文 嘉峪关市社会经济发展与土地利用关系研究 AB STRACT In this thesis，qualitative and quantitative method is used to analyse the relationship between social economy development and the land utilization of Jiayuguan City,providing the basis for the overall plan of land utilization． First，in qualitative way,it describe the relationship between social economy development and the land utilization of Jiayuguan City though qualitative analysis．The relationship of them is adaptive with each other．The concrete features that：the total area of agricultural land has not significant changes from 1 996 to 2005，beside it has large changes in internal structure；the of farmland has decreased gradually,with different speed in annual change；the of construction land is increasing in this decade；the patterns of construction land gradually from extensive to intensive；the efficiency of land utilization has increased annually． Second，by mathematical statistical methods and comprehensive analysis，the thesis analyse the correlation between land uti l ization and economic，industrial structure，population，income 1evel，urbanization．pol icy and on．It iS concluded that the relationship iS close between social economy development and the land utilization of Jiayuguan City．The important features that： Under the impact of international economic environment，social economy development affects land structure of Jiayuguan City；The expanding of construction land has positive affect tO economic development，at the same time economic development is not simply rely the land resources；The development process of industrialization reduces the dependence the land，and improve the degree of intensive utilization of land；The increasing of population caused some pressure to farm land and construction land． Thirdly,it considers the demand of the land without significant interference from external environment though gray prediction and multiple linear regression．By the mathematical models，it forecasts the ofagricultural
