医疗机构药事管理的现状分析及应对思考 四川省成都市新都IX第二人民医院 【摘要】目的：练合分析医疗机构药事管理(pharmaceutical administration drug administration)的基木现状。方法：选取笔者所在地区在2010年10月-2016年 6月调查研究的25家各级医疗机构药事管理制度执行情况、药品质量管理情况、 抗菌药物管理情况以及临床合理用药情况等。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统 计学分析25家医疗机构药品储存管理存在的基木问题、药品调剂部门存在的基 木问题、抗菌药物管理存在的基木问题等。结果：药品储存管理存在的基木问题 有：①部分药品混放；②药品的堆码未离墙离地；③存在过期药品；④冰箱温度 记录不规范；⑤温度湿度调节设施未完全发挥作用；药品调剂部门存在的基木问 题有:①发药无双人复核;②药品冰箱中发现食物和饮料;③药品摆放不够规范； 抗菌药物管理存在的基木问题有：①重复给药；②联合用药不合理；③抗菌药物 分级管理制度不完善；④部分药品未进行药敏试验。医疗机构药品储存管理存在 的基木问题、药品调剂部门存在的基木问题、抗菌药物管理存在的基木问题存在 比例有统计学意义(Plt;0.05),各级医疗机构的药事管理与合理用药存在诸多 不足之处。结论：药学工作者应该加强相关法律法规的基础认识，改善基层医疗 药事管理与合理用药现状，提升医疗机构药事管理水平。 【关键词】医疗机构；药事管理；基木现状；应对策略 Objective： to analyze the medical institutions of Pharmacy Administration (Pharmaceutical Administration Drug Administration) the basic situation. Repeated administration； II unreasonable drug combination； 3 antibacterial drug classification management system is not perfect； (4)
