反馈式健康宣教用于母婴同室产妇产后护理68例分析 吴学鸿 宜宾市第二中医医院感染管理科 644000 【摘要】目的：通过对母婴同室产妇在产后进行不同方式的健康宣教，分 析反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产妇产后护理的效果。方法：将我院68例母婴同 室产妇随机分为两组，分别是反馈式健康宣教组和常规式健康宣教组，每组34 例。对两组患者应用不同的健康宣教方式，观察两组产妇在使用不同健康宣教方 法后出现的不同效果。结果：在应用不同的健康宣教方式之后，反馈式健康宣教 组的产妇术后恢复时间明显比常规健康宣教组短，产妇掌握的新生儿护理知识和 操作技能明显好于常规健康宣教组。结论：反馈式健康宣教更有利于产妇的术后 恢复和对产后新牛JL护理知识和操作技能的掌握。使用反馈式健康宣教方式之后， 反馈式健康宣教组产妇的术后恢复时间明显低于常规健康宣教组，产妇对新生儿 护理知识和操作技能的掌握明显高于常规健康宣教组。 【关键词】反馈式健康宣教；护理；母婴同室 Abstract： Objective： The rooming in maternal postpartum are different ways of health education, analysis of feedback type health education effect of postpartum care rooming in. Method： Our hospital in 68 cases of rooming in parturient were divided into two groups, respectively is feedback type health education group and routine health education group, 34 cases in each group. Different health education methods were used to observe the different effects of two groups of patients after using different health education methods. Result： After the application of different health education methods, the recovery time of the feedback type health education group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional health education group, and the nursing knowledge and operation skills of the newborns were significantly better than those of the routine health education group. Conclusion： The feedback type health education is more advantageous to the maternal recovery after the operation and the master of nursing knowledge and operation skills of the newborn.
