The therapeutic group treated acute tonsillitis with TCM treatment programs, while control group treated with conventional Western medicine. By observing the treatment efficient of two groups, completion of treatment time, normal vital signs of patients, integral indicator of the severity of the clinical symptoms and signs of change, evaluate 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days efficacy, and observe possible adverse reactions during the course of treatment, possible adverse reactions. Use SPSS package for data analysis and processing 。 【Result 】：1. The total efficiency difference between the two groups is not statistically significant, the total of the two groups are quite efficient.
